基于AFDEX的轮毂热锻成形工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高材料利用率和成形效率,采用闭式无飞边热锻成形工艺,应用有限元AFDEX软件对汽车轮毂热锻三工步成形过程进行了有限元模拟,得到了等效应变分布、金属流动、载荷-时间曲线、金属流线等结果,根据模拟结果的分析,设计了轮毂成形的模具结构,并通过工艺试验得到了成形零件。通过对试验零件的成形载荷、零件尺寸、金属流线的分析发现,试验零件尺寸满足要求、成形良好、无明显缺陷,与有限元模拟结果基本一致,证明了AFDEX数值模拟的可靠性及成形工艺的可行性。 To improve the material utilization and forming productivity, three - step hot forging process for automobile hub was simulated by AFDEX software applying the closed hot forging without flash process, and the effective strain distribution, metal flow, load - time curves and flow line etc., were obtained. By analyzing the simulated results, the die structure of hub forming was designed, and the formed hub was made by practical experiment. After checking the forming load, component size and metal flow line of the experimental hub, it is found that the requirements of the size with good forming and no significant defect is fully met, and is consistent with the simulation. So the numerical simulation based on AFDEX for hub forming is reliable and the forming process for hub is feasible.
