以就业为导向建构高职高专校企一体化人才培养模式研究

On Constructing School and Enterprise Integration Talent Training Model for Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Employment Orientation

就业是民生之本,是国家经济快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高的保障。就业率是衡量一个国家经济是否复苏或健康发展的重要指标。在当今国内外就业形势严峻的背景下,有效地提高高职院校的就业率使我们培养的学生更能适应社会的需求。通过研究对比国内外高职高专教育中人才的培养模式即校企合作人才培养模式,借鉴国外成功经验,分析我国高职教育中存在的问题,试提出推动校企合作发展的对策,建构校企一体化人才培养创新模式,促进校企合作的良性互动以及可持续发展。

Employment is vital to people＇s livelihood. It is the guarantee for the rapid development of national economy and the continuous improvement of people＇s living standards. Employment rate is an important indicator to measure whether a country＇s economy is recovering or healthy. Under the severe employment situation home and abroad,improving the employment rate of higher vocational colleges and universities will enable vocational students to better adapt to the needs of society. Through a comparative study of higher vocational talent train model home and abroad,particularly,the school and enterprise integration talent training model,learning the successful experience abroad,this paper analyzes the problems existed in higher vocational education,puts forwardcountermeasures to promote the development of school enterprise cooperation,build a new model of enterprise integration,promote the cooperation between enterprises and sustainable development.
