论内蒙古民族区域自治政策成功实践的原因

Analysis of the Reasons for the Successful Practice of the Policy of Regional National Autonomy in Inner Mongolia

内蒙古作为最早成立的自治区,曾被周恩来总理称之为模范自治区,之所以有此殊荣在一定程度上与内蒙古实行民族区域自治政策有关。因此探寻内蒙古民族区域自治政策成功实践的原因非常必要,文章认为这既有对中国封建社会管理少数民族地区方式的继承,也有蒙古民族自身特性的原因,也有近代以来蒙古地区的政治经济危机影响的因素,更有中国共产党的政策影响。

Inner Mongolia was established as the first autonomous region. It has evey been called exemplary autonomous region by Prime Minister Zhou Enlai. It is related to the implementation of national regional autonomy policy in Inner Mongolia to a certain extent. Therefore,it is very necessary to explore the reasons for the successful practice of Inner Mongolia ethnic regional autonomy policy. The article believes that this is not only the inheritance of the Chinese feudal society management of ethnic minority areas,but also the reasons of the characteristics of Mongolia itself,but also the factors that influence the political and economic crisis in Mongolia in modern times,and the policy of the Communist Party of China.
