A Study of Digitalized Construction of University Achieves Management

随着社会经济的发展和科技的不断进步,档案管理数字化已逐渐成为高校未来发展的必然趋势。本文阐述了高校档案管理数字化的概念及其发展的必要性,以及在发展过程中存在的档案管理系统、档案数据安全性、档案管理人员等方面的问题,指出了数字化档案信息处理在高校的未来发展方向。

With the development of social economy and the constant progress of science and technology,the digitalization of achieves manangement has gradually become the developing trend of univeristies in the future. This paper elaborates the definition of university achieves management digitalization,the necessity of its development and the problems existed in its development such as achieve management system,achieve data safety and achieve staff etc,points out the future developing trend of digitalized achieves information processing in university.
