阴道松弛症修复材料的研究进展

阴道松弛症的严重影响女性的生活质量,随着社会进步,阴道松弛症要求修复整形者日渐增多,临床医生一直在寻求理想的修复材料,追求良好的修复效果。目前修复的材料众多,包括传统的缝线埋置,人工合成材料和生物补片材料的植入。传统手术缝线法,复发率高,效果不太满意;人工合成材料有许多优势,常用的有聚丙烯补片,但仍可能发生感染、侵蚀和排斥等并发症;生物补片包括异体及自体材料,异体材料疗常见的是异体尸体皮肤组织,其疗效不确定,仍需进行大样本的动物和临床研究,获得数据支持。自体材料如自体脂肪填充只能在一定程度改善症状;随着组织工程特别是干细胞技术在修复外科取得新进展,将为阴道松弛症的治疗提供新的理想材料,使治疗效果和满意度不断提高。现将以上阴道松弛症的修复材料应用进行综述。

Currently there are many of the repair materials, including traditional sutures buried, synthetic materials and biological mesh implanted.Traditional surgical suture is not very satisfied with high recurrence rate; there is many advantages in synthetic material, the commonly used with polypropylene patch, but it is still possible complications such as infection, erosion and exclusion;Biological patch including allograft and autograft material, allograft material treatment is common variants body skin tissue,but curative effect is uncertain, would still need a large sample of the animal,clinical studies and data.Autologous materials such as autologous fat only improve a certain extent symptoms;As tissue engineering, especially making progress in stem cell technology in repair surgery, will provide a new ideal material for the treatment of vagina relaxation, constantly improve the treatment effect and satisfaction.now the applications of vaginal relaxation disorder repair materials were reviewed.
