高效科研团队的组建与管理初探

A Trial Research on Construction and Management of Efficient Scientific Research Team

随着时代的进步和科学发展的日新月异,科技创新越来越依赖于组织和团队的协作,科研团队已成为现代科研活动的重要组织形式。文章在综合分析国内外有关科研团队组建和管理理论与实践的研究成果基础上,阐述了高效科研团队的基本内涵,提出了组建科研团队的工作思路和有效管理科研团队的建议,以期为我国科研机构团队组建与管理工作提供参考。

Nowadays science and technology is developing rapidly along with the progress of time. Scientific and technological innovation is increasingly depended on organization and team collaboration. Scientific research team has become an important organizational form of modern scientific research activities. Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research team building and research infrastructure management theory and practice, the basic connotation of efficient scientific research team was described in the paper. Ideas and suggestions on construction and effective management of scientific research team were proposed, which provide references for construction and management of China＇s scientific research institutions team.
