大马力水泥搅拌车匹配大扭矩六档箱技术研究

摘要 利用Cruise软件创建了适合大马力水泥搅拌车的武汉工况仿真模型,进行了大六档箱的优化匹配仿真计算分析,同时从档位利用率和级差排布及离合器系统匹配角度,研究了大马力水泥搅拌车匹配大六档箱的可行性,然后对优选方案进行试验验证,试验数据证明优配后的两种大六档箱,比原配九档箱要省油,同时动力性也满足使用要求,可以匹配使用。 Using Cruise software to create a simulation model of Wuhan working condition for the high-powered cement mixer. Simulation calculation analysis of the optimized matching of six-speed gearbox is carried out. The feasibility of high-powered cement mixer matching the six-speed gearbox is studied from transmission utilization, the differential arrangement and clutch system matching. Then the optimal scheme is verified by test, and the test data proved that two kinds of optimized six-speed gearbox can save more fuel than the original nine-speed gearbox. While the power performance also meet the requirements, which can be used for matching.
