免疫三氧联合益气活血中药治疗恶性肿瘤化疗患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Patients with Malignant Tumor Treated by Immune Three Oxygen Combined with Yi Qi Huo Xue Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨免疫三氧联合益气活血中药治疗恶性肿瘤化疗患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年7月-2014年7月本院收治的恶性肿瘤化疗患者40例作为研究对象,将其随机分为中药组和免疫三氧+中药组,每组20例,以21 d为一疗程,共进行6次治疗,即126 d。治疗完成后均再观察2个疗程,具体化疗方案依据病种而定,同一患者在各化疗周期所用化疗药物、用药顺序和剂量均完全一致,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:免疫三氧+中药组在饮食、体力、睡眠、排便等方面均优于中药组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在情绪方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);免疫三氧+中药组改善率为75.00%,明显高于中药组的50.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2个周期化疗后,免疫三氧+中药组有效率和稳定率均优于中药组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有患者化疗完成率为100%,延迟率为12.50%。结论:免疫三氧与益气活血中药联合用于恶性肿瘤化疗患者,能够减轻化疗引起的毒副作用,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of three oxygen combined with the Yi Qi Huo Xue traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant tumor chemotherapy.Method：A total of 40 patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy from July 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine combined immune three oxygen therapy group.21 d for 1 courses of treatment,a total of 6 times of treatment,2 courses were observed after the treatment according to the specific types of chemotherapy,the same in each cycle of chemotherapy in patients with chemotherapy drugs used in same medication and dose,the treatment effect of two groups was compared.Result：Traditional Chinese medicine combined immune three oxygen therapy group in terms of diet,physical strength,sleep and defecation were better than the traditional Chinese medicine group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and there was no significant difference in emotion（P〉0.05）.The improvement rate of traditional Chinese medicine combined immune three oxygen therapy group was 75.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group of 50.00%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After 2 cycles of chemotherapy,the efficiency and stability of traditional Chinese medicine combined immune three oxygen therapy group were better than the traditional Chinese medicine group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The completion rate of chemotherapy in all patients was 100%,the delay rate was 12.50%.Conclusion：Immune three oxygen combined with Yi Qi Huo Xue traditional Chinese medicine for treating with malignant tumor patients can reduce the toxic side effects of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life with patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
