摘要
芳香经受体(aryl hydrocarbon receptor,Ah R)是存在于细胞胞质内的一种配体激活型转录因子,属于碱性螺旋-环-螺旋(basic helix-loop-helix,b HLH)超家族中Per-Arnt-Sim同源域(PerArnt-Sim homology domain,PAS)蛋白亚型。芳香烃受体与相应配体结合并被激活,并移位到细胞核内,与芳香烃受体核转运蛋白形成异二聚体复合物,此异二聚体可结合于相应的DNA序列,引发下游目的基因的转录及表达,产生一系列生物学效应。本文将对芳香烃受体对心脏结构与功能的影响作一综述。
The aryl hydrocarbon receptor(Ah R) is an evolutionarily old transcription factor belonging to the Per-ARNT-Sim-basic helix-loop-helix protein family.Ligand binding causes AHR to translocate to the nucleus,shed the chaperone proteins,and bind with aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator(ARNT).The AHR-ARNT heterodimer binds to dioxin response elements in the promoter region of downstream target genes and directly upregulates their expression.This article will define the mechanisms of Ah R responsible for the lifelong cardiovascular malformations.
