摘要
建立了水产品中组胺含量的测定方法。采用正戊醇提取,偶氮试剂显色,可见-紫外分光光度计检测,测定波长为480 nm。试验结果表明,当组胺的质量浓度在0.407 81μg/m L^4.078 1μg/m L范围内,质量浓度与吸光度呈良好线性关系(R2=0.999 7)。平均回收率为94.8%,RSD为1.1%(n=9)。本法简单,易操作,测定结果准确。
To establish a UV method for the determination of histamine in the aquatic products. With positive amyl al- cohol extraction, encounter azo reagent orange. The detection wavelength was set at 480 nm. Histamine linear range was: 0.407 81μxg/mL - 4.078 1μg/mL (R2=0.999 7) .The average recovery was 94.8%, and all RSD less than 1.1% (n=9) . This method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible and can be used to control the quality of the cosmetic.
