The paper introduces the basic conditions and present application of the ＂three-in-one＂ integrative law-enforcement platform and, in view of its application in on-site maritime law-enforcement, analyzes the deficiencies and suggestions for improvement, hoping to provide basis for the overall promotion of the platform in the future.
