手机定位协查事故逃逸船舶可能性探讨

摘要 文中试图在水上交通事故发生地(由已知船舶提供)为中心的一定区域(半径R的圆)内确定一定数量的手机使用情况,缩小协查范围,再用手机定位确定船舶后续停泊位置,具体协查这些嫌疑船舶,为确定事故逃逸船舶提供一种新的思路。 The paper attempts to identify the usage of certain mobile phones within a certain area (a circle with radius R) taking the location of the maritime traffic accident (as provided by known ships) as the centre, narrow the range for assistant investigation, determine the position of later berth of the ships with mobile phone positioning, and conduct assistant investigation into those suspected ships, hoping to provide a new train of thoughts for the identification of ships fleeing from an accident.
