肾内血流参数在肾动脉狭窄超声诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨肾内动脉血流参数在肾动脉狭窄超声诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2006年10月-2015年7月来我院行肾动脉彩色多普勒超声检查的30例健康者(47条正常肾动脉)作为对照组,选择同期来院就诊的67例肾动脉狭窄患者(81条狭窄肾动脉)作为患病组,共128条肾动脉分别行彩色多普勒超声检查,测量肾动脉收缩期峰值流速(RPSV)、肾内段动脉及叶间动脉峰值血流流速(PSV)、加速度(AC)、加速时间(AT)、阻力指数(RI),计算肾动脉主干与肾内叶间动脉峰值流速比(RIR)及肾动脉主干与肾内段动脉峰值流速比(RSR)。结果肾内动脉AC、RIR和RSR在各组别间比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论肾内动脉AC、RIR和RSR是较好的指标,可用于不同程度肾动脉狭窄的分级诊断。 Objective To evaluate the value of Doppler parameters of intrarenal artery in diagnosing renal artery stenosis. Methods A total of 128 renal arteries(47 branches of renal artery of thirty healthy subjects,81 branches of renal artery of sixty-seven renal artery stenosis patients) were examined by color Doppler flow imaging from October2006 to July 2015.Doppler parameters including the peak systolic velocity(PSV),acceleration time(AT),acceleration(AC),resistant index(RI) of intrarenal artery(segmental artery and interlobar artery) and the renal peak systolic velocity(RPSV) were measured.The renal-segmental ratio(RSR) and the renal-interlobar ratio(RIR) were calculated. Results There is significant difference in all groups of RIR,RSR and AC of intrarenal artery.There is not significant difference in all groups of PSV,AT and RI of intrarenal artery. Conclusion AC of intrarenal artery,RSR and RIR are reliable parameters for estimating the degree of renal artery stenosis.
