超声在睾丸肿瘤及肿瘤样病变诊断中的应用价值

Application value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of testicular tumors and tumor-like disease

目的分析超声在睾丸肿瘤及肿瘤样病变诊断中的应用价值。方法选择我院2011年5月-2015年5月收治的120例睾丸肿瘤及肿瘤样病变疑似患者,对其进行超声检查,以病理诊断作为金标准,比较超声诊断及CT诊断结果。结果 120例睾丸肿瘤疑似患者经超声诊断,其诊断准确率为97.50%,显著高于经CT诊断的诊断准确率（75.00%）（P〈0.05）;精原细胞瘤、非精原细胞瘤、非生殖细胞瘤、肿瘤样病变符合率分别为100.00%、100.00%、80.00%、100.00%,且超声图像特征明显。结论超声在睾丸肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的诊断及鉴别中具有很高的价值。

Objective To analyze the application value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of testicular tumor and tumor-like disease. Methods 120 testicular tumors and tumor-like lesions suspected patients from May 2011 to May 2015 of our hospital were selected as study object.Patients were conducted ultrasound examination and pathological diagnosis as the gold standard.The ultrasonic diagnosis results and pathological diagnosis result were compared. Results For 120 testicular tumors suspected patients,the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis was 97.50%,obvious higher than that was 75.00% of CT diagnosis（P〈0.05）.The coincidence rate of seminoma,non seminoma,non-germinal cell tumor and tumor-like lesions were respectively 100.00%,100.00%,80.00%,100.00% and with obvious ultrasonic image characteristics. Conclusion Ultrasound has higher value in the diagnosis and differentiation diagnosis of testicular tumors and tumor-like disease.
