摘要 目的探讨溶血标本对生化检验结果的影响。方法选择我院2015年1-6月60名体检者作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组、对照组,实验组使用人工方法将血液溶血,作为溶血标本,对照组试管里的血液不采用任何方法,作为正常标本。检测两组血清中的ALP、AST、ALT、LDH、CK、BUN、GLU、CHOL、TG、K^+、Cr、UA等12项生化检验指标。结果实验组的血清ALP、AST、ALT、LDH、CK、CHOL、K^+测定结果明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),两组的BUN、GLU、TG、Cr、UA测定结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论溶血标本对生化检验结果均有一定的影响,在检验过程中应尽可能地采取一些措施以避免溶血标本的出现,若已出现溶血标本,可以采用空白样品以便减少对检测结果的影响,必要时可以重新采集新鲜血清。 Objective To explore the influence of hemolysis specimen on biochemical test result. Methods From January to June 2015,60 people for physical examination were selected as research object and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In experimental group,artificial method was used to conduct blood hemolysis,and the blood was used as a hemolysis specimen,while control group,blood in test tube did not give any method,and the blood was used as a normal specimen.The biochemical detection indexes of serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),aspartate transaminase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),glucose(GLU),cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG),K^+,creatinine(Cr),and uric acid(UA) and so on was tested between two groups respectively. Results In experimental group,the test result of serum ALP,AST,ALT,LDH,CK,CHOL,and K^+ was obviously higher than that in control group(P〈0.05).There was no statistical difference of the test result of BUN,GLU,TG,Cr,UA between two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion The hemolysis specimen has a certain influence on the biochemical test result.In the process of detection,some measures are conducted as much as possible to avoid hemolysis.If hemolysis occurs,blank sample can be substituted aiming at reducing influence on test result.If necessary,fresh serum can be recollected.
