摘要
目的评价纽曼护理模式在肿瘤科PICC置管化疗中的应用价值。方法选取本院2014年5月-2015年11月收治的行PICC置管化疗的患者87例,随机分为实验组（42例）和对照组（45例）。实验组采用我科制定的纽曼护理模式进行护理,对照组行一般肿瘤护理模式。考察入院时、化疗结束后及出院4周后采用生活质量评分（QOL）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）评价两组的生活质量及焦虑程度。结果所有患者均顺利完成化疗疗程并得到随访,实验组QOL评分高于对照组,而SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 PICC置管化疗过程中采用纽曼护理模式可减轻患者焦虑程度,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the application value of newman nursing model in PICC catheter chemotherapy of tumor department. Methods 87 PICC catheter chemotherapy patients,from May 2014 to November 2015 of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group（n=42） and control group（n=45）.Patients in experimental group were used newman nursing model that formulated by our department,and patients in control group were used general tumor nursing model.QOL and SAS were used to evaluate the quality life and anxiety degree of two groups at admission,the end of chemotherapy and 4 weeks after discharged. Results All patients were successfully completed chemotherapy treatment and got the follow-up.The QOL in experimental group was higher than that of control group,while SAS was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using newman nursing model in PICC catheter chemotherapy can alleviate the anxiety degree and enhance life quality of patients.
