社区健康教育对糖尿病患者遵医行为和并发症的影响

Influence of community health education on compliance and complications of patients with diabetes

目的探讨社区健康教育对糖尿病患者遵医行为和并发症的影响。方法选取2012年1月-2015年1月收治的社区糖尿病患者200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组,各100例,实验组实施常规治疗,并给予社区健康教育;对照组仅实施常规治疗,比较两组空腹血糖,餐后2 h血糖情况和其他相关情况。结果实验组患者健康教育后遵医率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组健康教育加常规治疗3个月后,空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖正常率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;实验组健康教育加常规治疗6个月、12个月后,空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖正常率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组患者健康教育后慢性并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过社区健康教育可以为糖尿病患者提供更好的生活方式和改善服用药的剂量,有助于控制糖尿病患者的血糖,可以延缓和预防并发症的发生,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To discuss the influence of community health education on compliance and complications of patients with diabetes. Methods 200 patients with diabetes in our community treated from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected,By a random number table,they were evenly divided into experimental group and control group, 100 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group was given routine treatment and community health education,while patients in the control group was only managed by routine treatment.The FBG,2 h PPG,and other parameters were compared. Results The compliance of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.After 3 months of health education,the FBG and 2 h PPG of patients in the experimental group showed no significant difference with those in the control group（P〉0.05）.After 6 and 12 months of health education,the FBG and 2 h PPG of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.After health education,the incidence of chronic complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Community health education can provide better life style for patients with diabetes and improve the dose of drug administration,helping control the blood glucose of patients and preventing incidence of complications, thus improve the life quality of patients.
