80例原发性甲状腺功能亢进手术治疗临床分析

Clinical analysis of surgical treatment for 80 primary hyperthyroidism cases

目的探讨手术治疗原发性甲状腺功能亢进的临床效果。方法选取80例原发性甲状腺功能亢进患者为研究对象,使用外科手术法对患者进行治疗,比较患者治疗前后心率、血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT_3)和血清游离甲状腺素(FT_4)的变化。结果与治疗前比较,患者治疗后的心率、FT3和FT4均有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用手术治疗原发性甲状腺功能亢进可以有效改善患者症状,提高治愈率,值得在临床应用中进行推广。

Objective To investigate clinical effect by surgical treatment for primary hyperthyroidism. Methods There were 80 patients with primary hyperthyroidism as study subjects, and they received surgical treatment. Comparison was made on changes of heart rate, serum free triiodothyronine（FT_3） and serum free thyroxine（FT_4） before and after treatment. Results There were obviously changes in heart rate, FT_3 and FT_4 after treatment, comparing with those before treatment, and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Surgical treatment can effectively improve symptoms of primary hyperthyroidism patients, and it can improve cure rate. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
