摘要
电子产品可靠性设计是保障电子产品可以稳定运行的重要基础。本文给出了电子产品可靠性定义,并提出来电子产品可靠性设计中应遵循的规则,重点介绍了可靠性预计、热设计、电磁兼容设计、抗辐射加固设计、冗余设计等集中电子产品可靠性设计方法,确保了电子产品性能满足设计要求。
Are given in this paper,the reliability of electronic products is defined and proposed rules should be followed in the reliability design of electronic products,focusing on the reliability prediction, thermal design,electromagnetic compatibility design and anti radiation hardened design, redundancy design and centralized electronic products reliability design method,to ensure that the electronic product performance meet the design requirements.
