摘要
本文针对供电企业班组员工绩效管理缺乏针对性、有效性等难题,从量化考核角度着手,积极探索供电企业班组员工绩效量化考核模式,将班组员工的工作数量和工作质量进行有机融合,介绍四种员工绩效量化考核模式,较好地解决班组员工存在的积极性不高、责任心不强、工作效率低下的问题。
This paper in view of the lack of power supply enterprise team of staff performance management for,effective problem,proceed from the angle of quantitative assessment,and actively explore the power supply enterprise team to the quantitative performance appraisal model,team work quality and quantity of organic integration,introduced four employees of the quantitative performance appraisal model,better solve the team employees enthusiasm is not high, do not have a strong sense of responsibility,work efficiency is low problem.
