摘要
介绍了谏壁电厂对上海汽轮机厂早期生产的 1台 30 0MW机组成功改造的经验。利用改造前后热力试验数据分析了改造效果 ,并且运用等效焓降法对热力系统有关因素进行了定量计算 ,找出了一些具有改造潜力的单元及设备 。
The successful experience of retrofitting a 300MW unit manufactured by Shanghai Steam Turbine Factory in early years and installed at Jianbi Power Plant has been presented. The retrofitting results are analyzed via using the thermodynamic test data before and after the retrofitting, and a quantitative calculation of related factors in the thermal system is carried out via utilizing an equivalent heat-drop method, some parts and equipment's possessing potential to be retrofitted are found, providing with scientific basis for further retrofitting the unit.
