地佐辛注射液治疗急诊肾绞痛的临床疗效观察

Dezocine Injection in the Treatment of Clinical Efficacy in Renal Colic Emergency

目的观察地佐辛注射液治疗急诊肾绞痛临床疗效以及不良反应。方法急诊肾绞痛患者1399例随机分成A、B、C三组。A组:给予阿托品注射液1 mg,im;B组:给予地佐辛注射液(扬子江药业集团有限公司)5 mg,im;C组:同时给予阿托品注射液1 mg,im,地佐辛注射液5 mg,im。三组患者治疗后采用口述评分法(VRS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS),进行镇痛效果比较,观察三组疗效、药物起效时间,以及药物不良反应。结果 B、C二组疼痛症状显著改善、起效时间明显缩短,镇痛、镇静效果均明显优于A组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率有一定的差异(P<0.05),B组与C组比较,B组症状显著改善、起效时间,镇痛、镇静效果无显著性差异(P>0.05),B组不良反应发生率低于C组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛肌内注射治疗急诊肾绞痛均有较好的镇痛效果,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。

Objective Observation dezocine injection to treat eczema renal colic clinical efficacy, and adverse reactions. Methods 1399 cases of emergency patients with renal colic were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups. A group： atropine injection 1 mg, im. Group B： give dezocine injection（Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.） 5 mg, im. Group C： while giving atropine injection 1 mg, im, dezocine injection 5 mg, im. Three groups of patients after treatment using oral score（VRS）, visual analogue scale（VAS）, were comparing the analgesic effect was observed three groups of efficacy, drug onset time, and adverse drug reactions. Result B, C two groups pain symptoms improved significantly, the onset time is obviously shortened, analgesic, sedative effect is significantly better than that of A group（P〈0.05）, the incidence of adverse reaction has certain difference（P〈0.05）, B group compared with C group, B group, significant improvement of the symptoms, onset time, analgesia, no significant differences in the sedative effect（P〉0.05）, B group of adverse reaction was lower than C group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dezocine intramuscular emergency treatment of renal colic have better analgesic effect, less adverse reaction, the value of promoting the use of bed.
