宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉206例分析

Analysis on Treatment of 206 Cases of Endometrial Polyps with Hysteroscopy

目的对宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效分析。方法选择医院2012年4月至2014年4月收治的子宫内膜息肉患者206例,根据术式不同分为两组,每组103例。对照组实施宫腔镜刮宫术,研究组实施宫腔镜电切术,并对两组的临床疗效作回顾性分析与比较。结果两组在手术时间、术中出血量等指标中比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但研究组患者的临床治疗效果明显高于对照组,且1年复发率低于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效确切,复发率低,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods 206 cases of patients with endometrial polyps admitted to the hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected and then divided into two groups according to different operation procedures with 103 cases in each group. Hysteroscopic curettage was performed in patients from the control group, while hysteroscopic resection was performed in patients from the study group. Then the retrospective analysis and comparison were conducted regarding the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The differences in operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume and other indicators between two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. However, the clinical treatment efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and its 1 year recurrence rate was also lower than the control group, suggesting statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of endometrial polyps with hysteroscopic resection is featured with better clinical efficacy and lower recurrence rate, indicating its great value in clinical application.
