摘要
对煤斗筒体进行了有限元法结构应力计算 ,分析了不同状况下筒体的应力与变形。结合煤斗筒体的稳定性分析 ,判断煤斗筒体损伤属非轴向对称的局部屈曲失稳 。
The finite-element structure stress computation of coal-bunker's barrel shell has been carried out, and stress and deformation of the said barrel shell under different conditions are analyzed. Combined with the stability analysis of coal-bunker's barrel shell, it is considered that the said barrel shell's damage belongs to partial flexure unstability of non-axial symmetry, and the main cause of flexure unstability is as folliws; (1)there was mistake in suppotting and erecting the barrel shell; (2)the margin of barrel shell's bending-resistance stiffness was smaller.
