摘要
目的探究心理护理对老年抑郁情绪的临床效果分析。方法对在大连市友谊医院老年科就诊的老人使用心理测试量表BDI、SDS、HRSD对其抑郁情况进行评分,选出存在抑郁情况的101例年龄>60对的老年患者,随机分为试验组与对照组。对照组50例,采取普通护理措施,试验组51例在对照组的基础上采取心理护理措施,两组患者出院时在进行心理评分。结果试验组与对照组比较,其抑郁程度明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年患者采取积极有效的心理护理措施,可以有效的改善老年人的抑郁情况,提高老年人的生活质量,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing care of senile depression. Methods Using psychological testing scale BDI, SDS, HRSD to score the elderly depression who were in Dalian friendship hospital. Choose the presence of depression 101 patients older than 60 in elderly patients, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group of 50 cases, ordinary nursing measures. Experimental group 51 cases, psychological nursing measures, in psychological score at discharge. Results Experimental group compared with control group, significantly improve the degree of depression, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients take positive and effective psychological nursing measures, can effectively improve the elderly depression, improve the quality of life of the elderly, is worth popularizing in clinical.
