摘要
研究通过对即将毕业的大学生进行访谈,制定了相关调查问卷,对工科女大学生进行就业状态、就业准备、就业心态及就业心理指导四个方面进行调查,结果显示工科女大学生在这四个方面都有不同程度的问题。为了提高工科女大学生就业率,应该从高校培养计划、就业指导模式、各地政府等方面有针对性的为工科女大学生提供就业帮扶,提高工科女大学生就业率。
The research investigates the four aspects of employment status, job preparation, mentality and the psychology of employment guidance about the female students of science and technology through interviews the questionnaire. The result shows that the female engineering students have problems with varying degrees. In order to improve the employment rate of female engineering students, the work should be done from the training plan, employment guidance mode, and the local government, to provide employment assistance for the female engineering students and improve the employment rate of female engineering students.
