摘要
大学计算机专业的毕业生动手实践能力弱,不能直接胜任企业的岗位需要,反映出高校计算机实践教学存在着有待改进的问题。文章从人与机构、物与环境和制度与体系三个方面对计算机实践教学存在的问题进行了系统的梳理分析。从政府教育管理机构、学校、教师和学生这四个解决问题的主要责任主体出发,提出了针对这些问题的改进对策,认为只有政府教育管理机构、学校、教师和学生这四方共同努力,在多个层面上采取有效措施,制定政策、改善设施、创新过程管理和提高认识,才能改善计算机实践教学中的诸多问题。
Computer-major college graduates are not equipped with practical skills needed for the positions in the organizations. This shows that there are problems in computer practice teaching in colleges. This article uses literature review and actual observations to analyze systematically the people and organizations involved, hardware and the environment, educational guidelines and systems to bring out the existing problems in computer practice teaching.Then the articles analyzes the role of educational authorities, schools, teachers and students, putting forth solutions which require the collective collaboration of various parties, to put together effective policies, new measures, innovation management systems and to facilitate greater understanding, improving the problems in computer practice teaching.
