人本管理在高校图书馆管理中的作用探析

高校图书馆作为高等院校的重要机构,担负着收集、整理,以及保存和传播图书文献资料的重要任务,其服务对象为师生和广大的读者。高校科研工作和教学活动的顺利开展,与图书馆的建设有着密切的联系。当前,在社会的各个领域中,人本理念获得了很好的传播和应用,而高校图书馆要充分发挥其应有的作用,同样需要积极落实人本理念,改变旧的管理模式,体现人文关怀,激发员工的潜能。
