摘要
通过对当年新收获油菜籽进行臭氧处理,研究不同浓度臭氧对油菜籽储存品质的影响。研究发现:高浓度臭氧对抑制酸值、过氧化值的升高有明显的效果;臭氧处理可以有效抑制霉菌增长。
The paper studied the quality change of Rapeseed after Ozone Treatment.The results showed that the acid value and peroxide value are depressed obviously under high ozone concentration;different ozone concentration can inhibit moulds effectively.
