高职EOP教学模式下教师转型的探索

高职EOP教学是高职英语教学改革的必然趋势,高职教师应及时更新教学理念,适应新的教学模式。文章分析了目前高职英语教师的现状和存在的问题,探讨了EGP教师向EOP转型的方法,以便实现顺利地转型,推动教学改革的实施。

EOP teaching is the trend for the teaching in higher vocational colleges. The English teachers in higher vocational colleges should update the teaching concept regularly to adapt to the new teaching mode. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the English teachers in higher vocational colleges, and tries to seek the ways of transformation for EGP teachers, helping them turn into EOP teachers successfully, and finally promotes the implementation of the college English teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.
