摘要 急诊科患者多,病情紧急甚至凶险,患者都想立即得到诊治,很难维持秩序,医生任务繁重,劳动强度大,有时同时面对数十位患者,绝大部分患者都是新患者,对患者情况一无所知,执业风险极高。针对这些特点,主要从三个方面对学生进行教学:(1)阐述急诊科的主要职责。(2)急诊接诊原则及如何维持就诊秩序。(3)以主要症状为切入点,结合具体案例,让学生了解各种症状的处理流程。 Most of the patients in emergency suffer critical and urgent disease, and wish to get immediate treatment, hence the good order in emergency can hardly be maintained, and the task for doctor is arduous. Sometimes doctors have to face dozens of new patients simultaneously whose previous medical history is totally unknown. Therefore, the professional risk of emergency is quite high. In view of those difficulties in emergency, the medical education should be carried out in three aspects as follow:(1)The major responsibility of emergency.(2) The principal of clinical reception and maintaining medical service order.(3) Demonstrating the diagnosis and treatment procedure on the basis of primary symptom.
