脂肪细胞病理生理学方面的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 肥胖是现今全球性疾病。肥胖与代谢综合征、2型糖尿病、心血管疾病、高血压、非酒精性脂肪肝密切相关。研究发现人体躯干脂肪分布比下半身肥胖与代谢综合征的关系更加密切,特别是与2型糖尿病及心血管疾病。肥胖相关并发症并不与脂肪含量有关,而是与脂肪分布的类型有关。内脏脂肪组织的增加导致脂肪组织的再分布是肥胖相关疾病的独立危险因素,其解剖特点,细胞及分子特征决定了它们这一特性。皮下脂肪、内脏脂肪及异位脂肪储存、释放脂肪酸,合成和分泌脂肪因子的差异,决定了代谢的结果。这篇综述的目的是为了探究不同部位脂肪的堆积,特别是脂肪的堆积与相关代谢疾病的表型及病理生理的差异。
