早期护理对脑梗死患者语言、肢体康复的影响分析

Impact Analysis of Early Nursing on Language and Physical Rehabilitation of Patients With Cerebral Infarction

目的分析早期护理对脑梗死患者语言、肢体康复的影响。方法收集2015年1~8月我院收治的56例脑梗死患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理,在此基础上观察组给予早期护理干预,对比两组患者语言、肢体康复情况。结果护理前,两组语言功能、肢体功能评分对比,无显著差异（P〉0.05）;护理后,观察组语言功能、肢体功能评分高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早期护理可有效促进脑梗死患者语言、肢体康复。

Objective To analysis the early nursing language, the influence of the limb rehabilitation in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Collected in January ~ August 2015, our hospital as the research object, the 56 cases of cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group given routine nursing care, on the basis of the observation group was given early nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients, body language rehabilitation. Results Before treatment, two groups of language function, physical function score comparison, there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. After nursing, the observation group language function, physical function score higher than the control group, data significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early nursing can effectively promote language, physical rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients.
