摘要
对两垂直相交的圆管所形成的相贯线进行算法分析,在传统的三轴联动来完成相贯线焊接的基础上,提出了两轴联动来满足焊接的新型算法。该算法通过准确的建立模型、选择合适的插补方法,实现了焊接的可行性,并且运用实例加以检验,同时在Matlab下进行仿真,验证了该算法模拟轨迹的正确性。
Make an algorithm analysis of the interfinger lines formed by two-pipe intersecting vertically , on the basis of traditional triaxial linkage curve to complete welding, a new algorithm that two axes linkage to meet the welding is presented.
