摘要 研究三种粘结剂对涂料性能的影响,分别对三种涂料的悬浮性、粘度、透气性、密度、常温抗弯强度和低温抗裂强度进行测定分析和比较,确定了铸铁件消失模水基涂料的最佳配比,并进行了生产验证。结果表明:以淀粉和硅酸钠为复合粘结剂是一种优良的粘结剂,其性能优良,并能很好地适应生产要求。 Influences of the three different binders on the properties of coatings were investigated. Testing, analysis and comparison were respectively carded out on the suspension, viscosity, permeability, density, the normal temperature bending strength and the low temperature cracking strength of the three coatings. The best proportion of the iron LFC water-based coatings was determined and verified in production. The result show that composite binder with starch and sodium silicate is a kind of excellent adhesive. This coating material is of really good property, and can adapt to the production requirements.
