摘要 为了揭示强力旋压关键因素间交互作用对成形件质量的影响,基于完全析因试验,获得了试验因素(减薄率、进给比、热处理温度)下的强力旋压成形件的强度和塑性评价指标(屈服强度、抗拉强度、断面收缩率、伸长率)。结果表明:对强力旋压成形件某些评价指标影响程度的因素间二阶交互效应和三阶交互效应超过了某些单个因素的主效应。这证明强力旋压因素间交互作用是不可忽视的。 In order to reveal the impact of interaction among key factors of power spinning on the quality of the forming pieces, based on the full factorial experiment, the evaluating indicators of the strength and the plasticity of the power spinning pieces (yield strength, tensile strength, reduction of area, and elongation) were obtained under the experimental factors (the thinning rate, the feed ratio, the temperature of heat treatment). The results show that the second-order and the third-order interaction effect surpass the main effect of a certain factor to some degree of influence on the evaluating indicators of the power spinning pieces. This proves that the interaction among factors of power spinning can not be ignored.
