摘要
Zn-Al合金作为一种低熔点高强度的合金,具有许多优良的性能。采用Conclad连续挤压技术进行了Zn-Al合金管实验,确定了工艺参数原料为210-240℃,模腔为280-300℃,挤压速度为3-4 r/min。
Zn-Al alloy is an alloy of low melting point and high strength,and it has many other excellent performances. Zn-Al alloy tube experiment was done by using Conclad continuous extrusion process. Process parameters were determined. That is raw material of 210-240℃, die cavity of 280-300℃ and the velocity of extrusion of 3-4 r/min.
