摘要
介绍了核岛主设备用SA508-Ⅲ钢锻件的制造工艺,探索出合理的热处理工艺。并对SA508-Ⅲ上筒体锻件的金相组织、化学成分、力学性能等进行了分析。结果表明:SA508-Ⅲ上筒体锻件的金相、化学成分,室温和350℃的机械强度,-20℃、80℃的冲击功和侧向膨胀量均满足规范要求;采用P2型试样测得的断裂最高温度TNDT,满足TNDT≥-20℃的要求。
The manufacturing process of SAS08-Ⅲ steel forgings for nuclear island main equipments was introduced. Proper heat treatment process was explored. And the microstructttre, chemical composition and mechanical properties of SAS08-Ⅲ upper cylinder forgings were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure, the chemical composition, the mechanical strength at room temperature and 350℃, impact energy at -20℃ and 80℃ and lateral expansion meet the requirements of specification. Maximum temperature TNDT of fracture tested by using P2 samples meets the requirements of TNDT≥-20℃.
