摘要
采用汉诺威弧焊分析仪快速获取了埋弧焊焊接过程中的电信号,包括电流和电压,从而达到判断其熔滴过渡形式和焊接电弧稳定性的目的。通过对两种埋弧焊焊丝及三种焊剂配对进行施焊并获取的电信号数据分析可知,2Cr13药芯焊丝埋弧焊搭配SJ107烧结型焊剂进行埋弧焊焊接时,具有电流稳定性高、电压波动小、电弧稳定和喷射过渡等特点,且焊缝成形和母材表面美观。
By using the machine of Hannover Analysator, the electrical signal including welding current and arc voltage of submerged arc welding was obtained quickly, so the purpose to judge the welding arc stability and the droplet transfer mode could be achieved. Through matching and welding two submerged arc welding wires and three kinds of welding fluxes, as well as the electrical signal data obtained by Hannover Analysator, the results indicate that submerged arc welding with 2Cr13 flux cored wires combined with SJ107 welding flux has advantages in high current stability, low voltage fluctuation, high arc stability and slag wall guided transfer as well as the beautiful appearance of welding beam and base metal.
