摘要
超高层建筑除了有高度高的共性之外,结构形式、机电节能新技术引入也是其共同建筑特征,深圳平安金融中心作为目前深圳的第一高楼及未来的新地标建筑,在节能、智能化技术引入方面先进性自然有很多可圈可点之处,现根据超高层机电技术亮点结合实际设计谈谈机电技术在深圳平安金融中心项目的运用,并结合相应的设计理念进行阐述。
Apart from a common feature of super-high,super high-rise buildings also share other architectural characteristics such as structural form,introduction of energy conservation in new electromechanical technology,etc. As the current highest building and a new future landmark in Shenzhen,Ping An IFC has lots to recommend it in terms of advanced technologies in energy conservation and intelligence. This article describes the application of electromechanical technology in Shenzhen Ping An IFC by combining the design concept with highlights in electromechanical technology of super high-rise building and actual design.
