摘要
以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体合成了MA-AA-AMPS三元共聚物阻垢剂,采用红外光谱和核磁共振对其结构进行了表征;通过分散碳酸钙测试、阻垢率测试及核磁定量分析,探究了该共聚物结构对其性能的影响;借助乌氏粘度计分析了特性粘度对其性能的影响。
MA-AA-AMPS copolymer antiscalant is prepared with maleic anhydride(MA), acrylic acid(AA) and 2-acrylamino-2-methyl-propane sulphonic acid(AMPS) as monomers. Infrared spectrum(IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) have been used to characterize its structure. Dispersion ability of calcium carbonate, static jar test and the quantitative analysis of NMR have been used to study the effect of copolymer structure on its properties. Ubbelohde viscometer has been used to analyze the effect of intrinsic viscosity on the properties of copolymer.
