摘要
以马来酸酐、丙烯酸、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸为原料,水为溶剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂合成了三元共聚物无磷阻垢剂。通过考察不同的因素对共聚物的阻垢性能的影响,确定了该共聚物的最佳合成工艺条件。通过与其它阻垢剂的阻垢性能对比实验,在最佳合成条件的三元共聚物无磷阻垢剂具有优异的阻碳酸钙垢性能。
The phosphate-free scale inhibitor of terpolymer was synthetized by maleic anhydride, acrylic acid and 2-acrylamide-2- methyl propane sulfonic acid as material, water as solvent, and ammonium persulfate as initiator. Through investigating the effect that different factors have an influence on scale inhibition performance of terpolymer, the optimum synthesis condition of phosphate-free scale inhibitor was determined. Compared with scale inhibition performance of other scale inhibitors in the same experimental condition, the phosphate-free scale inhibitor of terpolymer had excellent performance, which inhibited the calcium carbon scale forming.
