摘要
文章针对本公司实际生产聚甲醛中产生的甲醛回收液,利用甲醛回收液与氨反应合成乌洛托品的方法,降低了甲醛废液排放,净化了聚甲醛生产系统。通过实验讨论了本公司甲醛回收液及其废液中甲酸、甲醇杂质对乌洛托品生产的影响。结果表明,本公司所产生的甲醛回收液及其废液可以满足生产乌洛托品的需要。
The research of synthetic Urotropine through waste water containing formaldehyde have been carried out based on the actual situation of producing POM. Using the waste water containing formaldehyde and liquid ammonia can produce Urotropine, which can not only decrease the discharge of waste water containing formaldehyde, but also purify the system of production. At the same time, we have studied the impact of the impurities in the waste water on this reaction, such as formic acid and methanol. As a result, the production process of recycling waste water can meet the production requirement.
