摘要
近年来具备成本低、来源广、可弯曲、质轻等优势的有机太阳能电池引起了学者们的广泛重视,为了提高器件的光电性能和稳定性,缓冲层在有机太阳能器件优化过程中扮演的非常重要的角色。本篇文章主要介绍目前比较常用五种缓冲层的结构和特点及其光学器件的性能,为器件研究和改良提供参考。
OSCs are currently attracting intensive studies interests due to its advantages like low costs, easy to prepare, able to be bend and low mass. In order to improve optical property and stability of OSCs, buffer layer play an important role in the process of optimizing the devices. In this manuscript we will introduce structure and optical device performance of five common buffer layers. We wish our study can give some advice for the futher study.
