摘要
乳化液是金属加工中常用的一种辅材,其产生的废水较难处理,一般乳化废液采取外运交由有资质的危废单位处理,但处理费较高,当废液量较多时,更突显处理费用高昂。因此有必要研究乳化液废水处理技术,实现自建污水站处理达标排放,降低处理成本。针对某铜管厂的乳化液废水,采用"两级气浮+铁炭氧化"核心工艺处理,出水达到广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26-2001)第二时段一级标准。
Emulsion is a kind of auxiliary material commonly used in metal processing, it is difficult to treat the produced wastewater and generally wasted emulsion is handed over to the qualified units for handling hazardous waste, but the processing fee is high, the treatment cost will even be higher with more wastewater. Hence it is necessary to study the treatment technology of emulsion wastewater, to realize the standard emission from the self-built sewage plants and reduce the processing cost. For emulsion wastewater from a copper tube factory, we will use the core fabrication processing of "two-stage air floatation iron carbon oxidation", thus the water quality of effluent can come up to the 1st level at the second phrase of "Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants"(DB44/26-2001),which is stipulated by Guangdong Province.
