部分亚硝化-厌氧氨氧化联合工艺处理含氮废水的研究 被引量:2

摘要 部分亚硝化-厌氧氨氧化联合工艺是一种新型的废水脱氮工艺。实验采用模拟废水,进水氨氮浓度为600 mg/L。亚硝化SBR反应器在温度为30℃、HRT为24 h、DO≈0.2 mg/L的运行条件下,将废水中的一部分氨氮氧化成亚硝氮,并使得亚硝化SBR反应器出水中NH4+-N和NO2--N比值接近1∶1.32后,再作为厌氧氨氧化SBR反应器进水;厌氧氨氧化SBR反应器在温度为37℃、HTR为24 h的运行条件下,将氨氮和亚硝氮转化为N2。实验结果表明,部分亚硝化-厌氧氨氧化联合工艺脱氮效果较好,废水中氮的去除率可达94.44%。 Partial nitrification-anammox combined process was regarded as a new nitrogen removal process in wastewater treatment. In the study, artificial wastewater was used as the influent of the nitrite SBR reactor, in which the NH4+-N concentration was 600 mg/L. The nitrite SBR reactor could be operated stablely in the operating condition that the temperature was 30 ℃, HRT was 24 h, DO1 mg/L, and the concentration ratio of NH4+-N and NO2--N in the effluent could be controlled approximately to 1∶1.32. The anammox SBR reactor which used the effluent of the nitrite SBR reactor as the influent could be operated steadily in the condition that the temperature was 37 ℃, HRT was 24 h, and the NH4+-N and NO2--N could be conversed to N2. The result of this study showed that, partial nitrification-anammox combined process had a nice nitrogen removal efficiency which could be achieved to 94.44 %.
