摘要
文章对含锌含铁废酸处理方法进行了研究。试验表明,直接利用含锌含铁废酸为原料,经添加硫酸、蒸发浓缩、结晶析出、离心分离,回收制得固体饲料级一水硫酸亚铁和一水硫酸锌的混合物,浓缩过程中挥发盐酸及水汽经冷凝器冷却回收盐酸;该方法不会产生三废问题,工艺简单、生产周期短、成本低。
The treatment method of spent acid containing zinc and ferrum is studied in this paper. The test shows, direct using spent acid containing zinc and ferrum as a raw material, through adding sulfuric acid, evaporation concentration, crystallization, centrifugal separation, the solid mixture of feed grade zinc sulfate monohydrate and feed grade ferrous sulfate monohydrate can be obtained; Hydrochloric acid is retrieved by cooling volatile hydrochloric acid and water vapor using condenser in the evaporation concentration process; The treatment method has the advantages of simple process, short production cycle, low cost and no "three-waste" question.
