摘要
文章主要介绍了PVDF材料性能,根据实际项目工程设计经验,对PVDF材料生产制造成型技术进行研究,并提出了生产制造过程中一些注意事项,分析焊缝失效存在的原因,通过模拟试验验证,确保产品质量。
The paper mainly introduces the PVDF material performance, according to the practical project engineering design experience, the PVDF material manufacturing molding technology is studied, and put forward some matters needing attention in manufacturing process, the reason for the existence of the analysis of weld failure, through the simulation test, to ensure product quality.
