50m^3立式储存罐支腿改造承重研究

摘要 文章主要研究了以通过增加6块加强筋板方式对一台50 m^3立式储存罐支腿改造前后,其受力承重变化情况。首先在3D软件中创建该储存罐改造前和改造后两个分析模型,然后对其施加边界条件,接着采用CAE分析软件对其进行研究,得到支腿与筒体及夹套下封头连接部位Von Mises应力分布云图,并深入探讨改造前后支腿承重变化情况,研究成果可以为类似支腿结构的压力容器改造提供参考,同时也可为其定期检验和年度检查提供技术支持。 The paper mainly studies the load-bearing change of supporting leg capacity of 50 m3 vertical storage tanks after adding 6 strengthening tendon-plate compare to before. Firstly the paper creates two analytical models of the storage tank in 3D software, and then applies boundary conditions to the models, obtains the von Mises stress distribution nephogram of connection between supporting leg and barrel body and jacket bottom head using CAE software,at last discusses load-bearing change of supporting leg before and after the reform. Research results can provide a reference for the similar leg structure reform of pressure vessel; also it can provide technical support for the regular inspection and annual inspection of pressure vessel at the same time.
