摘要
结合水煤浆气化工艺产粗煤气中工艺冷凝液流量大、变换系统余热回收设备多的特点,对传统布置方案存在的弊端进行了分析,并提出了优化后的设备布置方案。通过优化设备布置,消除了变换系统存在的安全隐患,为变换装置的长周期稳定运行打好基础。
Combining the characteristics of large flow rate of process condensate and multiple equipment of waste heat recovery in co shift unit, the author analysis the disadvantage of traditional equipment arrangement, and put forward the improved scheme. It will eliminate hidden danger, and create a favorable condition for the long period stable operation of shift unit.
